Newmains Primary is a non-denominational, co-educational primary school. We promote equal opportunities for all in our school. We seek to ensure that everyone associated with our school is treated with respect and fairness has a sense of belonging to our school community and feels
welcome and safe in it.
Newmains Primary school was built in 1908 and was used from then until 1970 as a combined primary and junior secondary school, with pupils travelling in from the surrounding villages. From 1970 onwards, the school has been used purely as a Primary Education Facility. In August 1998 a nursery class was established in the school and we now welcome children from the age of three into our buildings.
PLEASE HELP!
The eco committee, which includes children from our nursey, are collecting mobile phones. We will send them to the SSPCA.
They recycle them and use use any money to support animal charities. Please send in any unwanted mobile phones to the school.
We will send them away to be reused or recycled. |
